How it works

Email refunds@vitlore.com within 60 days of your order delivery date. Include your order number. We process the refund within 1 business day. Funds typically arrive in your account in 3-5 business days depending on your bank.

No return shipping required

Keep the bottle, gift it to a friend, or toss it. We don't process returns — refunds are issued on the original payment method, and you keep the product.

Subscription orders

Subscriptions can be canceled or paused any time from your account. The 60-day guarantee applies to your first subscription order; subsequent orders can be refunded for unopened bottles within 30 days of delivery.

Damaged or wrong items

Reply to your order confirmation email with a photo — we'll ship a replacement same-day, no return required.

Why no return shipping?

Honestly: it's cheaper for us to eat the cost of the bottle than to process returns. And we'd rather you spend the time you'd use on a return going about your morning. We'd rather refund the 5% of women who don't get the 5-day shift than build a brand on people who didn't get what they came for.
